• matikan hh samsung galaxy Tab 3 8.0 SM-T311
• dalam posisi hh tidak menyala tekan tombol vol up (+) + menu key + tombol power 

• setelah keluar cwm menu recovery

• pilih wipe data / factory reset geser option dengan tombol Volume Down serta memilih dengan Tombol power

• pilih Yes delete all user data jika berada di menu ini
• tunggu sampai proses selesai
• kemudian pilih reboot tunggu hh anda restart dan nyala kembali handphone
