#1. (First Method) Hard Reset .

The first method is used if your samartphone still can access all menu, If your smartphone locked by forgotten password or PIN this method doesn't work.
  1. Make sure your battery isn't in low status.
  2. Samsung Galaxy Note 7 smartphone is turn On.
  3. Then, go to the apps drawer.
  4. Now tap settings on your Samsung Galaxy Note 7 screen menu.
  5. On the next screen, scroll down until you see cloud and accounts then tap it.
  6. Then tap Backup and reset
  7. Next step, tap Factory data reset.
  8. Then, tap Reset Device Button to start hard reset on your Samsung Galaxy Note 7
  9. Then tap delete all

#2. (Second Method) Hard Reset.

The second method is recommended for you, This method doesn't require access to the phone menu.
  1. Your Batterry must has at least 81% of capacity.
  2. If possible., Back Up all file and data stored in internal memory, 
  3. Now, completely turn off your Samsung Galaxy Note 7 smartphone.
  4. Then, press and hold a three combinations key which is located on your Samsung Galaxy Note 7 body . These keys are.
    • Power Button + Volume Up Button + Home Button.
  5. Now release all button when you see blue text appear on top left of the screen.

  7. Just wait a minute until Samsung Galaxy Note 7 enter Android System Recovery.

  8. On this screen can you do the following step
    • Use Volume UP and Volume Down to navigate and highlight menu.
    • Use Power Button to confirm your selections.
  9. Now, Now highlight wipe data/factory reset.

  10. Then highlight and select yes.
